The Aruba family of Wi-Fi switches deliver centralised wireless security and management of all types of enterprise environments. Aruba offers a comprehensive line of Wi-Fi switches that include modular and stackable systems for branch offices, regional headquarters, dense building or campus environments. All Aruba Wi-Fi switches interoperate with third-party access points and are built around an extensible and distributed wireless processing architecture. Hardware-based wireless processing enables Aruba switches to deliver inustry-leading performance (multi-gigabit encrypted throughput) and scalability. A single system can connect thousands of simultaneous users to hundreds of access points. All Aruba Wi-Fi switches run the Company's award-winning AirOS software suite and provide patented power (802.3af) and serial (RS-232) over Ethernet.
Aruba 5000 wireless network switch
Aruba's signature line, the Aruba 5000 remains the industry's only modular Wi-Fi switching system for campus backbone or data center environments.
Aruba 2400 wireless network switch
The newest member of Aruba's Wi-Fi switch family, the Aruba 2400 is a stackable 24-port (+2 GbE uplinks)
Wi-Fi switching system designed for regional headquarters or dense building deployments.
Aruba 800 wireless network switch>
The Aruba 800, a fixed configuration, 8-port (+1 GbE uplink) wireless switch, was designed for branch or remote office environments where cost, ease of use and flexibility are paramount.
Aruba Access Points and Air Monitors
Aruba 52 thin Access Point
The Aruba 52 access point is a dual-band (2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz) 802.11a+b/g, dual-purpose "thin" AP that works only with Aruba Wi-Fi switches. Unlike other conventional "fat" AP, the Aruba 52 also functions as an air monitor, scanning the RF environment and capturing wireless traffic for analysis.
Aruba RF Director
RF Director is the first comprehensive wireless management application to combine RF security, air monitoring, advanced packet capture and traffic analysis as well as automatic planning tool - all within a single system. With RF Director administrators now have a single view and complete control of their entire wireless environment - from remote troubleshooting and packet capture and analysis to advanced RF security and automatic planning and calibration.
Aruba AirOS
Standard on all Aruba Wi-Fi switches, Aruba's AirOS software and AirOS applications provide capabilities to secure and optimize the wireless environment. AirOS base features includes L2/L3 switching capabilities including port mirroring, Etherchannel, static routes, ACLs, STP, VRRP redundancy along with VoIP-grade mobility and Wi-Fi muxing. AirOS applications adds RF management, wireless IDS and VPN/Firewalling functions.
