Course benefits

This unique two-day WiMAX course is designed for engineers who are familiar with the general configuration of a WiMAX network, and who wish to formalise their approach to maintenance and troubleshooting of WiMAX networks through use of generic approaches.

While the tools used to illustrate maintenance and troubleshooting are specific to one vendor's equipment, the skills learned are transferable to any WiMAX implementation.

With the knowledge and experience they acquire, the technical staff will be able to apply maintenance tools to maintain, optimise and troubleshoot their network, thereby improving their effectiveness and return on investment.

This WiMAX engineering course features hands-on practice with maintenance tools, in hands-on labs. Students must bring a laptop to the class to participate in the class exercises, or arrange with LEVER to provide a laptop. We also provide sample tools for network management lab exercises.

In public course settings, LEVER teaches industry-general maintenance skills, using an industry-leading vendor s set of maintenance tools. In onsite course settings, we will work with your chosen vendor s equipment and tools to develop the specific maintenance labs, for network-specific skills training. This course outline outline describes for industry-general training content and structure.

Who Should Attend
Technical staff seeking an authoritative coverage of WiMAX network concepts and terminology, WiMAX RF network planning and design, and WiMAX core network design will find this WiMAX bootcamp invaluable.

Course Pre-requisites
Attendees should have practical experience working with WiMAX equipment prior to attending the course.
